5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.
5.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval and will be credited through the original mode of payment.
5.4 In the event that we cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date/time or a full refund.
